You don't have to keep holding it all together.

Maybe you're overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore.

Maybe you're carrying something from the past that still affects you, or you're navigating a season of life that has changed you in ways you didn't expect.

Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck so you can feel more grounded, aligned, and calm—whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or the many transitions of pregnancy and postpartum.

In-person counseling for women and maternal mental health in Boise, Idaho.

Hi, I’m Katie

I’m a licensed therapist and mom who understands how overwhelming life can feel at times.

I specialize in maternal mental health and support women experiencing anxiety, trauma and depression.

Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, we'll slow down and look at what's happening underneath them—your experiences, relationships, patterns, needs, and the parts of yourself that may have been carrying too much for too long. I offer a space where you can feel supported as you come back into connection with yourself.
