Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho

Specialized training in maternal mental health & perinatal mood disorders, EMDR + somatic/body-based therapy

Hi, I’m Katie

I’m a licensed therapist and mom who understands how overwhelming life can feel at times.

I support women experiencing anxiety, trauma and depression, with a specialization in maternal mental health.

My approach is embodied, curious and compassionate. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, we'll slow down and look at what's happening underneath them—your experiences, relationships, patterns, needs, and the parts of yourself that may have been carrying too much for too long.
