The fact that you are concerned and seeking support indicates how much you want to help yourself and in turn your baby. I want you to feel like our sessions are a safe and confidential space. The two exceptions where I am obligated to break confidentiality are:

    1) If you have a plan and/or intention of hurting yourself or someone else and

    2) If I have concerns about your safety or your family's safety based on our thorough, professional assessment of multiple factors. In these cases, I am legally obligated to keep everyone safe. I’m here to support you .

  • The process looks different for each person. Some people get great benefit from 4-6 sessions, and many people come for several months. Others continue their work for longer. We will continually check-in about how sessions are feeling to you and progress you are noticing. My main goal is to empower you in making the changes you want, and you will usually feel when you are ready to be done.
