Depression can have many different causes. For some, the darker winter months can bring more difficulty. For others, it might follow a loss, trauma, or major life transition. You may notice:

  • Losing interest in things that used to bring joy

  • Experiencing harsh self-criticism and guilt that’s hard to shake

  • Life feeling monotonous or lacking meaning and purpose

Depression often comes in cycles. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and life experiences that may be contributing to how you feel. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs—helping you build awareness, develop coping tools, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning.

Therapy for Anxiety—Finding Calm When Worry Feels Overwhelming

Anxiety can show up in both the body and mind. You might notice:

  • Feeling on edge, tense, or constantly worrying

  • Difficulty “turning off” your thoughts, even when you try to rest.

  • A sense that something bad might happen, even without clear reason

Sometimes it shows up in your body before your mind even catches on: tightness in your chest, trouble sleeping, tension headaches, or feeling “on” all the time.

My approach to anxiety work is holistic and mind-body focused. Together, we’ll explore not only the thoughts that fuel anxiety, but also the body’s stress response—learning ways to calm the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of safety and presence.
