The Intake Process

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but we're here to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible. If you prefer to email us, we'll schedule a convenient 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and assess for fit. During this consultation, we'll explore how therapy can support you and determine if we're the right fit for your needs. Once we've established a good fit, we'll schedule your first intake appointment and begin your therapeutic journey together. Follow-Up Sessions

After your initial intake session, we'll work together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Follow-up sessions are scheduled regularly to provide ongoing support and guidance as you progress on your therapeutic journey. Whether you're seeking short-term solution-focused therapy or long-term support, we're here to help you navigate life's challenges with compassion and expertise.

Fees & Insurance

At Inner Peace Therapy, we believe in making therapy accessible to everyone. We offer competitive fees and accept a variety of insurance plans to help cover the cost of treatment. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care at an affordable price, so you can focus on what matters most—your health and well-being.

50-minute office session - $190
50-minute walk & talk session - $200

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Between-Session Support

Your well-being is our top priority, which is why we offer between-session support to help you stay on track with your goals. Whether you need a quick check-in via phone or email, additional resources to support your progress, or guidance on managing challenging situations, we're here to provide the support you need to thrive between sessions.

Walk & Talk Sessions

For those interested in our Walk & Talk Therapy, arrangements must be made well in advance to ensure availability. Assuming the weather is cooperating, we will meet at either Lincoln Park, Alki Point, or North Alki to start our walk. While this service is designed for moms who must bring their child along (in a stroller, please!), it's also available to new moms who have childcare arrangements.

During the session, we'll walk for approximately 25 minutes in one direction, then turn around and walk back. If you have any questions about logistics, or confidentiality concerns, or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We're here to ensure your therapy experience is as seamless and supportive as possible.

Office Hours

We are available by appointment only and don’t keep the same office hours every week. We understand that life can be busy, which is why we offer flexible office hours to accommodate your schedule. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening appointments, we'll do our best to support a time that works for you.

Telehealth (Online Sessions)

While our therapist prefers in-person appointments, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure accessibility and consistent attendance, we offer telehealth sessions as an option for those who are unable to meet in person.

Please note that telehealth sessions are not the primary mode of therapy and are reserved for situations such as travel, illness, or other occasional commitments that prevent in-person attendance. Our priority remains providing personalized and effective therapy, and we're committed to accommodating your needs to ensure continuity of care. The Office

Our office is conveniently located at 123 Demo Street in Seattle, WA. We're easily accessible by public transportation, with several bus and subway stops nearby. Ample parking is available for those who prefer to drive, and our office is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our welcoming team and offered complimentary coffee or tea to enjoy during your visit.
