What it feels like to work together

My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness (paying attention to the present), emotion-focused work, EMDR and mind-body therapy. I aim to build a collaborative relationship with you where you feel free to be open, honest and we focus on what feels most important to you and your goals. I am an inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
